The staff were highly professional, and easily adapted to the unique needs of our diverse group which included Maintenance, Administrative, and Visitor Services personnel. Over the course of several days the program actually shifted from a straight-forward Customer Service focus, incorporating a good deal of active listening and recording of staff feedback in order to then identify action items for specific improvements going forward.
