Please complete the form below to schedule a testing appointment. (Please DO NOT use this form to request a GED testing appointment. See the GED information page for that process.) We will email you with a confirmed time. You may also call the testing office at (413) 775-1147 or 775-1821 as soon as you get your acceptance package from GCC. If you suspect that you may need to do some skill building courses, please be sure to complete your application process and schedule your CPT in time to register and possibly to retest for those courses. About one quarter of our students choose to retake part or all of the tests.
If you have taken ANY college courses before, please send us a transcript and test scores so we can determine if you need testing. (English classes/scores are good forever. Math scores/classes are only valid for 5 years.) If you are still in high school, please call Colleen Kucinski at (413) 775-1809.
Make-up tests
If your professor allows you to take a test in The Testing Center, first arrange with him or her to send the test and instructions for taking it (the Test Proctor Cover Sheet) to the Testing Center.
Then contact The Testing Center to confirm that we have received the test and to schedule a time to take it with us. All testers will be required to show an official photo ID at the time of testing. WE REQUIRE ONE BUSINESS DAY’S NOTICE TO SCHEDULE A TEST. (DO NOT EMAIL US ON SUNDAY, REQUESTING A MONDAY APPOINTMENT PLEASE.)
