Strategic Enrollment Management Plan (SEMP)
GCC’s strategic enrollment management planning process focuses on recruitment, retention and student success. A Strategic Enrollment Management Planning Team in conjunction with members of the GCC community update the plan based on the current environment and related opportunities for improvement.
The SEMP is an administrative proactive process that independently monitors implementation action plans, eliminates barriers when they arise and evaluates completion of objectives as they relate to enrollment management across college departments.
