The Public Safety Office is the central receiving point for all Public Safety-related communications. All police, fire, or medical emergency calls should be directed to Extension 1111. All other Public Safety concerns or non-emergency police matters should be reported by calling extension 1212 or 413-775-1212. Calls are answered 24 hours every day by trained telecommunications, dispatch or security staff.
Lost and Found is located in the Public Safety Office. The Downtown Center maintains its own Lost & Found in the Office of Community Education.
