We are pleased to announce our upcoming Re-Skilling Series for suumer and fall 2012! These are sustainable agriculture classes in Food Preservation and Storage, Mushroom Foraging and Cultivation, and Creating a Cooperative Food Economy taught by local experts and can be taken as credit-free workshops through Community Education, or you can earn 1 credit for each.
