Emphasis on completion rates
Wednesday, June 16th, 2010A new policy brief from American Association of Community Colleges in agreement with President Obama’s agenda for community college focuses more on completion rates than on access. Challenges exist for community colleges, given unfunded mandates, limited resources, low skill sets of incoming students and numbers of adjunct faculty teaching in community colleges.
