Summer I and summer II session bills are always due immediately upon registration. You should receive your summer bill within 5-7 days after you register for classes. Pay your bill as soon as you receive it.

Photo ID policy

As of September 4, 2012, a valid photo ID is required to conduct all business with the Bursar’s Office, Financial Aid, Enrollment Services and the Advising Center. Examples of valid photo ID include:

Massachusetts/Vermont state resident ID
Driver’s licenses
GCC student ID card
High school student ID card
Passport

Spring 2013 Health Insurance waiver deadline is April 15.

Important Deadline:

The deadline to waive your spring 2013 Student Health Insurance charge is April 15, 2013. The November 15, 2012 deadline to waive your fall 2012 Student Health Insurance charge has passed. Therefore, the waiver is not available for fall. Remember, you must waive by the deadline or you will be responsible for paying this charge whether you need the insurance or not.
