GCC Foundation Board of Directors seeks Alumni Association representative

The GCC Foundation Board of Directors includes one seat to be filled by a representative of the GCC Alumni Association. That seat was recently vacated by GCC alumna Anne Stuart, who completed 2 3-year terms on the board, leaving the Association with the need to send a new representative. If you are interested in a volunteer opportunity that involves the Alumni Association and supporting the important work of the Foundation, this is the moment! While you do not need to be a current active member of the Alumni Association, a commitment to attending Association and Foundation meetings (six Alumni Association meetings a year on the 4th Thursday at 5:30pm, and twelve Foundation meetings a year on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 8:00am, both at the GCC Downtown Center) is required. Alumni who have been engaged with Alumni Association or Foundation activities in the past, such as the 50th Anniversary celebration, the Franklin County Parade, fundraising events, etc., are encouraged to seek nomination.
